The challenge:

Intervivienda had a long list of structural issues and compromised foundations. Cracks were spreading, leaks were multiplying and the development with 84 homes saw time pass in a critical situation.

The solution:

We designed a comprehensive intervention: structural consolidation, insulation upgrade with an ETICS external wall insulation system and on-site solar generation for self-consumption. All supported by Next Generation funding, covering a significant part of the works.
