The challenge:

The facades of this iconic shopping centre were beginning to fail. Large limestone panels were coming loose due to the wear caused by the cold north wind, putting safety -and the building’s image- at risk. The brief was clear: stop the deterioration without stripping 12,000 m² of cladding off.

The solution:

We installed an anchoring system and reinforced the fixings with precision and full control. We managed every phase so the building regained its stability and presence without losing its original aesthetic. Today, it withstands the wind with the same elegance it had the day it opened.
